  40. A blocked call gives a different code than a long distance non-identified 
  41. call.

  43. I ran a board and had CID on my primary line using a ZyXel modem and then 
  44. a Supra. All LD callers got through no problem, only those blocking CID 
  45. got dumped... along with the twits who would try to call in under several 
  46. different names from the same number. Also one jerk who called in from 
  47. several different numbers (he took a little while to control but I 
  48. eventually did).

  50. Learn about CID and how it works before you make any more statements 
  51. about what can and can't be done.
